These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Giftora website, mobile experience, and related services (together, the “Service”) operated for gift shopping and delivery across the United Arab Emirates. By creating an account, placing an order, or continuing to browse, you agree to these Terms.
You may register with email and password or sign in with Google / Gmail. You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and accept these Terms before creating an account.
Google sign-in is provided by Google LLC. When you choose that option, Google's terms and privacy policy also apply to the authentication step.
Product details, prices (AED), and stock shown on the Service are invitations to order and may change. An order is confirmed when we send confirmation (email and/or on-site). We may cancel or refund an order if an item is unavailable, payment fails, or delivery cannot be completed for reasons outside our control.
Delivery windows are estimates for UAE destinations you select at checkout. Recipient details you provide must be accurate. Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or restricted locations may incur re-delivery fees or cancellation without full refund where permitted by law.
Personalised products and gift messages must not include unlawful, offensive, or infringing content. We may refuse or cancel orders that violate this rule.
Payments are processed using the methods shown at checkout. Promotional codes are subject to their stated rules and may be withdrawn at any time.
Perishable gifts (flowers, cakes, chocolates) may have limited cancellation windows once preparation or delivery has started. Contact us promptly with photos if an item arrives damaged or incorrect so we can arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or interfere with other customers' experience.
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Giftora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes may be highlighted on the site or by email where practical.
